I would like to collect the hours indicated on all tickets on the platform, how should I perform this procedure?

@miguel_molina You could use the quick filters in Jira to get the list of all the issue in your Jira instance and export all the issue into a excel where you would have the option to collect the hours indicated on all the tickets.
