Losing access to ServiceDesk portal when added as a confluence or JIRA user

Hi Team,

 

We have a couple of people that we have added as customers of the JIRA ServiceDesk.

They have access and everything was workign fine untill we added a some of them also as Confluence or JIRA users. When doing so, it seems they are losing their access to the ServiceDesk. No way for them to access anymore the ServiceDesk portal.

Side note, we are using the CLOUD solution.

Please verify that the user is listed as a customer in the JSD project(s). I have many JSW/Confluence users that are also Customers for our JSD projects. The can access all JSW project from the app but only JSD from the portal, unless of course I make them a collaborator in a JSD project in which case they can browse/comment on JSD w/in the app.
