My team is trying to add certain information and downloads to our service desk knowledge base and want to know if we can restrict access to these files/pages to certain customers or customer organizations?

When linking a Confluence space to a Service Desk project, all licensed and non-licensed people on the site will be able to search for the pages in the customer portal, and currently, it's not possible to restrict the pages to be visible by only some customers or organizations.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
