Mapping of teamsupport app fields to JIRA service desk fields.

Hi,


We are migrating from Teamsupport to JIRA service desk and would like to know if anyone has a mapping sheet to map columns from teamsupport into JIRA SD. 

Also, would be interested to know what approach did you take to perform this activity. We are planning to export all teamsupport data into csv and importing into JSD. Please let us know if anyone has suggestions.
