Is it possible to merge/combine  3 request types into 2 request types but share 1 issue type? Must the 2 request types have different workflows?

not sure what you mean by merge request types. Request types are associated to Issuetypes and is simply a way to add common language to issuetypes. Too it allows you to group requests under common workflows, schemes, etc. request types do not have to have different workflows. In fact every request type could share a single workflow simply by associating ever request type to the same issue type.

Hi Jack

Can i have a mix of incidents and service request type into the same field.

For example, is it possible that the field "request type" has service request itens and incident itens?

In attached picture i can only see service request itens and i need to see incident itens as well.
