Missing Language Support on Server Installation

Hi,

Is there a special reason why the language support is missing on the server installation?

We want to translate the different request types in multiple languages. Unfortunately we didn't found any place, where we can made the translations on a server installation.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Currently, Language support is available only for Cloud. 

For Server, we have a feature request and the last update was in December 2018:
