Previously I could start the Mobile app on Android if not connected.

Now it fails always giving the message "This board won't show We're not sure why. Head to the desktop view or choose a different board from the list"

Of course when I connect on WiFi or use my data up it connects immediately.

Whey doesn't this work offline any more? That's an incredibly useful ability.

Hello @Chris Wilds ,

Thanks for reaching out, and when using the Jira Mobile app or the mobile browser view it does not have any features or support for any offline work modes and it is expected to be connected to the network for content to be able to be viewed.

Anything that was previously being loaded would have had to be locally cached items in the phone or browsers settings, and possibly a change to the local storage or security settings in a recent OS or app update may have caused a change in the behavior from what you were seeing previously to the current iteration.

But again as the application is designed it is expected that you are connected for security verification purposes to be able to load content from the server into view.

Regards,
Earl
