Cau you help me with showing more attributes for customers in our customer portal?
Is possible to set more attributes for sorting issues?
For example some dates (due date, ...) I can see it only in deteail view, not on customer side..

Hi @Ondřej Šebestík,
in JIRA Service Desk standard the customer will only see all visible fields - he can enter in the creation phase - defined in your service desk portal.
You could try following app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-desk to show more information to the customer.
