New HR Workflow from Atlassian for Jira Self Hosted

I see there was an announcement that Atlassian is releasing HR specific workflows and configurations for Service Desk.  Is this extending to Jira SD Self Hosted any time soon or will we be shorted on this like API keys?

The new project templates featuring HR, Facilities and Legal were released only for Jira Service Desk next-gen projects for Cloud.

In order to check the projects and workflows, feel free to create a Jira Cloud free instance where you can use the projects and work with the workflows to create similar option on your local Jira.

Note: After 7 days of trial, if no payment is added, the plan will be automatically changed to Free, so don't worry about that.

So when is On-Prem getting 'Next-Gen' projects?

Next-gen projects are exclusive for Cloud and currently, we don’t know when or if it will be extended to Server.
