New to JIRA ITSM need to track time

I am implementing Jira ITSM as new issue and change ticketing system (support) I need to learn how to track time in the application and then pull reports.

@Frank Santiago - hi Frank!

First, I'd suggest learning about time tracking, then configuring time tracking in your Jira instance if it isn't yet: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/

After your team has tracked time on issues, go to your Jira project, then click Reports, then look at the Time Tracking report to summarize that data.
