for a few days the newest entry within a ticket was displayed on top. Now I have to scroll down again...
Was it a test? Was it a feature that got reverted? Can I switch it back on?
We are using Jira in the cloud by the way.

It seems there is an issue currently that caused Atlassian to - temporarily - disable the comment sorting feature:
I am sure this should be a temporary issue. Keep an eye on JRACLOUD-73076 to stay informed of any changes.
