Hey,
we are running a JSD and we want to disable private issues.
Everybody should have to share the requests with his organisation.
Do someone know how we can disable this button on the costumer portal?
Thanks a lot for your answers.
And happy easter.
Hello Robin,
Currently, it's not possible to prevent private requests from being created by customers. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.

Angélica
Just voted for this issue, this has been requested by the customers.
Alternatively could you please advise if it would it be possible for service desk agents to manually update the tickets and share it with the customer's organization?

Hi Judit,
Yes, this field is available on the agent view and they can add the organization.
They can find the field on the right side of the ticket.

Thanks Angélica. Will the other people in the same organization be notified once our service desk agent adds the organization to a ticket?
