I have just built my first ServiceDesk project for a team. I have created a complex workflow and have the transition buttons all working nicely. infact the whole lot is working nicely except for 1 last annoyance
Is there anyway I can stop it from 'Popping' the ticket when I click the transition button? I just want to to go to the next status without popping every time and the end users wont accept it until it doesn't pop.
Thanks
Mic
Hi, I guess that you've put a screen on every transition. It's a good practice (as seen in this article), but if it's annoying your users, you can re-configure your workflow.
Here's the general instruction how to edit and add screen:
Go to the 4th point and instead of selecting a screen, pick none.
oh you Champion! i totally misunderstood that field. Thanks so much. I have finished now as a nice complete tidy project
