Not able to edit custom field in the new view from this morning. If I change the view to old view by changing the URL. I am able to update the same.
Could you please assist me on the same and consider this as high priority. This is effecting OUR SLA too.
Assist me to keep the view in old view by default.
I would check with your Jira Site admin to assess what has changed since yesterday. Based upon what you have conveyed and assuming there are no missing pieces I would guess they have made some changes that resulted in this issue.
For further support from the Community we would need more info. Which fields can’t be edited? Can anyone edit? What has changed since you were last able to edit? You mention new view and I’m not familiar with the new view in server. Does this mean you can edit in old view?
