I had synced my support with Jira and tickets were getting created automatically till January'19.
I want to restart the Jira support and re-sync my support with Jira.

It looks like you've requested support already and that someone determined your Jira Service Desk instance was not configured for public signup, and people emailing the Service Desk were not currently customers. Two options were presented to patch this up:
