Not able to to see requests in portal

Dear community

have two setups one test and one prod 

In test it is workin but not in prod

Not able to serach request in portal every choices is emty(ie open requests created by, any request types

have looked in every permisions looks the same in prod and test

are you using the same database content on both systems (Not the same database, you shouldn't do this)?

it is two different systems with their owns databases
