Not receiving Email Notifications

Hello,

I am using Jira service management to create subtasks.

When I add a comment to the subtask ticket, email should be sent to the "Request Participants" and when they reply on the ticket, their comments should be added in the ticket on Jira.

The problem here is that the Request Participants are not getting any emails.

Any advise what should be done so that the Request Participants receive the emails?

Hi @Krishtee , 

request participants are a way to add (unlicensed) customers to a JSM request. 
Please confirm that you are talking about customers and customer notifications? 

 

If so -> a subtask is not available in the portal, it cannot be assigned a customer request type and as such you cannot interact with customers on it. If you want to do this you would need to do it on the parent request.
