Hi,
when jira ticket is shared from customer portal to other organization, tickets are coming under the mail queue and users are not receiving the mail notification.
Why is this happening.
Let me know if any configuration changes to be done

You mention the ticket is shared with another “organization” do you mean that or do you mean another customer within an organization? Which option is selected on your Customer Permission config?

yes, customer is not getting mail notification if ticket is Shared with other organizations.
