mi cliente levanta una solicitud en el portal del cliente y la envía a que la revise uno de sus jefes, entre esta revisión se realizan comentarios de edición, una vez que la solicitud esta correcta, se envía a otro jefe par que le de una segunda aprobación. Sin embargo este segundo aprobador no debe ni le interesa ver los comentarios que el cliente que genero la solicitud y su jefe generaron.

Currently, it's not possible to restrict comments for other users if they are agents in the project. On Service Desk, there is the option to hide the comment only for the customers, but for internal users, this is not possible.
