I am assuming if you are on Jira or JSM Cloud Premium then Insight will be free to use. Atlassian has included the insight part of Jira and JSM for premium and enterprise.

@Mayur Jadhav Okay, thank you for the information, and I've another question regarding JIRA administrator. I want to ask whether the JIRA admin or the administration option is there in the premium version or not.

Actually, I want to use JIRA s/w for the ITSM project, I want to store all the data of an org like employee name, id, asset, specification of the asset and etc. So can it be possible with the JIRA premium version?
