Option to browse Jira Service Desk queues

In our other Jira projects, you can browse filtered issue lists. Jira Service Desks queues are in fact also filteres on all issues. Is there an option to browse the issues in the same way? For agents it is a quick way to go through their open issues.

Hi Ellen,

Agents can browse any issue in Jira (including Service Desk issues) in the view you'd see in Software projects by doing an issue search. You can use the left-navigation to go to Issues and Filters or you could use the g then  keyboard shortcut to get there from anywhere.

Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

This is not really the answer I am looking for. I would like to make use of the queues in the service desk project and browse through the issues. This is more a workaround.

Hey Ellen,

I understand that the workaround to use the Issue Search view isn't exactly what you were hoping for. What you've described and requested is not possible currently in the Service Desk queue itself. There's an open feature request you can view and vote on here for what you've asked for in-queue. Have a look and vote on the issue if you agree that it matches your use-case. If you have any additional comments about the feature, feel free to add them on the Feature Request as well so that our Product Managers and Developers will have some context.

Cheers,
Daniel
