Organisation not added to issue

Hi,

my users keep complaining, that sometimes the customer opens an issue without the organization set. Is there any possibility to proofe that the customer set this issue to private on purpose or by mistake?

I couldn't find any infromation in the logfile.

Any ideas?

We used the automation as a workaround and since a few updates I couldn't find this error again.
