Organizations seems to be synchronized between project. How to remove the sync?

It seems that I have two projects which sync organizations. When i remove one organization from a project it is removed from the other as well.

I want to remove al organizations just from one project because I don't want to give them the permission to access that project.

Can you advise.

It seems I need to use "remove organization from project". If I remove customers from that organization, they are removed in the other project too.

Yes removingUsers from an organizations in one project removes them from the other.

Unfortunately, there is no way to decouple organizations in Service Desk. Your best bet is to use 2 different names.
