I'm not sure, if I'm right here in the Community or if I rather should create a support ticket …
A customer of us is having trouble, due to Jira notification emails, which are declared as spam.
I sent him the list of outbound email IPs from the article Atlassian cloud IP ranges and domains, but he's dont want to white list all of them at all.
Is there a chance to reduce the amount of IPs used to send emails from JSD?

I'm afraid not - the ip ranges have to be enabled in full, as your Cloud system be using any of them, there's no way to restrict a system to a narrower range.
