After upgrading to Jira v8.11.1 and JIRA Service Desk Application v4.11.1 the pages Customer Permissions, Language Support, Email Requests, and Satisfaction settings under Project Settings clock and never load. Has anyone experienced a simmilar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
I'm not sure if they are related issues, but the Latest Upgrade Report page is also blank.

My wild guess is that there are permission or ownership issues on the file system. More information is necessary though. Can you tail the logs when performing those actions or maybe use your browser's network inspector functionality to see what errors are being thrown? Cheers!
Great suggestion Joshua! I did not see anything amiss in the logs/developer tools. I reached out to Atlassian support and resolved the issue after upgrading two apps that were outdated.
