Password Reset Software

Hello,

We currently use Anixis Active Directory Security Software. Our IT team is wondering if JIRA has the ability to handle something similar for password resets?

Can you help determine if JIRA can either integrate with Anixis to allow for password resets through JIRA or if JIRA has the capability to handle the AD Security Software?

I don’t know the software you mentioned. But with Automation for Jira you can fire web request. So if you software has some REST API it might be possible. 
Another thing I can imagine is a dedicated IIS instance that handles the request and delegates the work to a command line script. I never did something like this and I am not an expert in IIS but it’s worth a try.
