Password settings policys - Notifications

Hi 

I have a question regarding password settings. 

I´m new to administrate JSD and looking into our Password settings. 

We run JSD Server and have external Customers that creates tickets in JSD. I would like to set harder criteria for accessing our public portal site. 

1. If I change in System--> Password Policy to Custom and set my criteria.
If a customer tries to create a password that doesn't meet our requirements. 

Their is no information showed why he can't log in. 

2. Is their any possibility to create information of password req or some error message?
