Where do I go to change the "Need to raise a request? Contact us." text on the portal?
I feel like this should be simple to change, but I cannot find where in Jira Service Desk to do it.
Also, where would I go to change the text of "Learn more about"?
And finally, is there a place to change the orientation (move request button to the top)?

The customer portal has some features where the administrator can change, but currently, the option to change the text "Need to raise a request?" and "Learn more about" is not available.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

Not to revive an old thread but when you click on a service desk how do you configure it to send you directly to the portal groups instead of showing this random knowledge base link and Need to raise a request button shown above? It seems to show up randomly in some service desks and not in others depending on the template selected.
EDIT: Found the solution in another thread, this is super frustrating to have happen automatically without documentation showing why it is occurring
