I have heard a rumor that a new Service Desk feature allows users to access and report via the Portal without having a Customer account. I haven't found anything on this and can't imagine how this would work or perhaps make sense. Can someone confirm this one way or another and if it is true, point me to documentation so I can understand?
I have not heard this and I too can’t see how this would work. I know that you can use the widget in Cloud to create an issue without login but that isn’t the same as going to the portal. I will research further with my Atlassian friends.
