Possibility to set priorities with conditions

I am trying to find possibility if it possible to create smart rule for priorities?

E.g. if fields Impact and Urgency checked as yes, than priority will be P1
if field Impact no and Urgency yes, than P2.

Can you please advise?

You can do this in 2 ways:

1- in workflow

2- automation (I recommended): For example on create issue, define that if a custom field as you mention, then edit the priority like below:
