Hello all,
I am trying to define some sub-tasks for specific requests on service desk. For example, when user requests a replacement for a badge: the issue will have sub-tasks as disable the old one, take a new photo, and activate the new one, and as when all these sub-tasks are completed, then close the issue.
Any idea/help how to approach this problem. I have tried looking around the settings but haven't been successful.

Jira and Jira Service Desk won't do this out of the box; however, Jira Suite Utilities can automate sub-task creation through your workflow:
