Put DNS a service desk

Hi Everyone!

could you indicate what is the way to configure jira service desk to put a DNS, currently the instance is configured by the port http://10.197.8.49:8443, but the idea is to solve by the DNS already enabled on the server soporte.sbcolombia.intr

Thanks

In Jira, change the base url to where the users will be accessing it from.

You will need to add records to your DNS to direct that address to the Jira server

If you want rid of the port number (the 8080), you may need to do a little more by getting Jira's Tomcat to run on port 80 (or, better, 443 with ssl), or using a proxy in front of it.
