What methods are you using to add memorized answers to issues? Like a quick parts in outlook or something similar?

I don't want to add automation that answers to customer as it might not be the one i want. I can currently use some other app to copy paste the memorized answer or make automations for internal comment and then copy-paste if needed but maybe someone is using something more convenient.

On server, we've got some options for "canned responses", although I, of course, lean towards using Scriptrunner to do some of it.

For Cloud, I find people using https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211016/canned-responses-pro-templates-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview when they don't quite want to automate.  There are other apps which can give something a little more generic if needed, but this one is aimed squarely at your needs I think.
