I'm setting up JSD and when I look at the People section of the JSD project settings, it doesn't match the people I have in the drop-down menu when I want to raise a request on behalf of.
So where does this list get the names from?
It's also not the same as the portal customer's list.
To be clear, I'm trying to have the ability to raise on behalf of our 'portal only customers'.

I just check in my Jira. All users , who are customers, can be selected in the On Behalf Of field
Do you actually see the customers in the drop down list?
I don't see my customers in this list.

You need to enter a couple of letters from a customer name in the field and you will see suggestions.
