Please could you advise on how do I set up those interactive boxes in my Knowledge based space that would for example, by clicking on them 'Raise the ticket on support desk' or by clicking on them would lead to a different place where videos or support materials are stored?

The screenshot that you shared is from the customer portal and the cards are related to Service Desk projects.
With this said, these boxes are only visible in the portal for customers to create tickets, it's not possible to add the same view in Confluence.
There is a feature suggesting the ability for customers to create tickets from Confluence:
