hello 

I have recentlly downloaded Jira service desk in my PC and I have paied for jira service desk account server for 3 agents. I have forgot it my Log in account for Jira service desk. When I clicked on forgot password you can choose whether you forgot username or Password. in this case I don know exactly username nor password. 

How can I get my user and password or create an account?

Hi @Babak Aldavoud 

You must have received an email at some point, I would start there, at the very least check the email address you receive an Atlassian email and use that as your username.
