Is there an option to add data fields to customer emails, currently it shows:
"User shared this with your organization.
View the request and set notifications on to get further email alerts."
I would like to add data fields like "issue.description".
Can any one help I am new this.
You have a few options of what you can add to your Customer notifications. Go to project settings > customer notifications. Find the notifications that you wish to change and click edit. You can click on the Variable drop down and insert various fields.
