Adding Customers access to Service Desk

I am trying to add internal users (customers) to jira service desk. I would like to setup the users (First , Last name) information for my internal users and not require them to enter. Is there a way to setup a internal user (customer) and provide first, last name and password as part of user setup.

You can do this by creating an email form template outside of JIRA, and de-select the option to send a portal invitation.

I should add that you will need to manually enter the user password and information desired on the user profile screen.
