Adding personal data to costumers

Is it possible to add personal data like tel. number or address to the respective costumers?

We would like to have all relevant personal data of each constumer on jira. Now we can only type in the e-mail address.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add user properties to a Service desk customer. We understand how this functionality would be useful, so we created the following feature request to get this implemented:

 Ability to store additional information about customers 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

For now, you can use the Confluence app with the Free plan to properly create an internal knowledge base with all the user details you need.
