Addon not working - Zephyr

Updated JIRA from 10 to 25 Users. However, we still only have 10 users license for Zephyr. 

Not able to use Zephyr add on anymore. 

JIRA displays the message to upgrade zephyr add-on to match 25 user JIRA license. Actually, we don't need 25 users for Zephyr.  Is that possible to use 25 user JIRA license and 10 User Zephyr License? If so, can you send me the new activation key?

Hi @Rama,

It's not possible to buy an app license to different user tier that you have in Jira, you need to upgrade your App to continue using it.
