After creating an Automation rule to create a new case Jira desists send an email from a new case.

Who should recieve the email? I suppose the new issue is unassigned? you can edit the notification scheme to add a single user on the create event.
The reporter from old the ticket must receive this email.

Forgiveness, maybe I didn’t put it right. After creating a ticket from another ticket, using this rule, any notifications to the Reporter cease to be sent from the newly created ticket in general. At the same time, everything works fine for tickets created from mail or in Jira.
