I have been using Jira Service Desk for nearly 4 months now and I love it. At first the company that I work for and myself used the local instance of Jira Service Desk. But, due to complications of setting it up with an IIS Server on Windows Server 2019, we switched to the cloud because it is cheaper and simpler to manage.
The Question:
My question is why is every time I install an app, it disappears? This is only a recent thing so I don't know if it's to do with the Jira Cloud or if it's something else? I can assure you that no one is deleting the apps. It looks like the Jira Cloud instance that I am using is deleting any new apps installed.
So, is it a software issue with JSD? Or, is it a server issue on the cloud? Or is that the user is missing a step? Any thoughts?

Here is a screenshot of the console errors I am receiving inside of Google Chrome version: 75.0.3770.100 (as of 20/06/19, this is the latest chrome update).
This isn't an answer, but I also wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
