Согласование на WF настроены. Дело в том, что я вижу согласующих, - а другие их не видят на запросе.
Люди в поле присутствуют, которые должны голосовать.
без скринов, к сожалению, не смогу помочь. нужно быть уверенным в корректности основных настроек.

Ключевое - я, как системный администратор, вижу этот заполненный раздел. А другой системный администратор, - нет.

Причем вижу, что это проявляется через раз, - с равными правами у кого-то есть, а у кого-то нет.
