Is is possible to add a new article types in JIRA service desk?
At the moment I can only chose:
How-To or Troubleshooting
But I would like to chose a custom created template to the options.

Welcome! You can select templates from the pre-built template gallery in Jira Service Management. At this time, there's not currently a way for admins to create more templates in Jira Service Management.
