I am trying to automate below scenario :
When request created in Service Desk(Cloud) project create automatically issue in Jira Software Project(Cloud) but I did not find Attachment field to copy attachments to destination project.Please let me know how should I add this field

Testing using the details you provided, I also couldn’t find a way to copy attachments. This is actually only available in Automation for Server when cloning an issue. There is a feature suggesting the implementation of such ability for Cloud:

As a workaround, I'd suggest using the Automation in Service Desk that has this option.
Since your automation will run when a ticket is created in SD, please go to Project settings > Automation and create a custom rule.

Our app Elements Copy & Sync would allow you to copy and even synchronize attachments for your use case of creating new issues from a Service Desk request.
The Cloud version is not yet available on the Marketplace, but you can sign up to get updates about the app release: https://copy-sync-cloud.elements-apps.com/
