Automatically adding request participants on create

Hi,

I just created a new workflow, a new issue type and new customer request types.

Is it possible to add specific users automatically on create for specific customer request types?

Example1: Customer creates an issue and chooses the Customer request type "Hardware". Jeff, Tom and Mike will be automatically added as request participants.

Example2: Customer creates an issue and chooses the Customer request type "Software". Michael, Tobias and Charlotte will be automatically added as request participants.

I tried this with the Add-On "PowerScripts". I couldn´t figure out the exact instruction/statement for my problem.

Could somebody help me out?

Hi Mathias Koprek,

This is currently not possible. The functionality of adding a participant is only available after an issue's creation. However, there is a feature request on that, as you can see HERE.
