My question is about the licensing. I already know, that customers (no JSD license required) can approve or reject tickets; but can they also include a comment explaining why they approved or rejected a ticket? Or is this a functionality only available for agents?

Hello @Mark_Sellhorn welcome to the community. Customers can raise tickets, approve them and clearly also comment them without need of using a license
