Custom URLs for Jira Cloud are currently not possible as described in our Restricted functions in Atlassian Cloud apps documentation.

This feature has been requested to our product team and I'd recommend you to check the updates in our Improvement ticket through the link below:

• Allow custom domains for Cloud apps
