Can request templates be customized?

Can request template be customized?

The current request template only includes topic/fault description, text box and attachement. Can more fiels be added?

Hello Sofia,

The fields of a request type can be edited by performing the steps below:

- Navigate to your project > Project Settings > Request Types

- Find the Request type you would like to edit and click on Edit Fields

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
