Can't access Jira-Software-Configuration in product settings.

I wanted to see which features are enabled. So I went to open Jira-Software-Configuration in product settings (https://mydomain.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/jira-software-configuration) the page keeps on loading infinitely and features are not displayed/listed.

I've tried opening the link in incognito as well but same output.

as of today the page enabled "Parallel sprints" to be disabled/enabled.
But I see your point that you want to access the site - and you are wondering why you won't be let into that page.

In case that is also happening for any other site-administrator you might have please check for a moment with a different browser - if this does not help and you are sure you are holding site-administrator rights (per membership in this group) please raise a request with Atlassian support in order to let them double check.
